Disclaimer

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · DueHaul · Illinois, USA

DueHaul offers trucking tools, guides, and email reminders about dates you enter. These are tools and reminders only. They aren't legal or compliance advice, and they aren't a substitute for keeping required records. You remain responsible for renewals, filings, inspections, insurance, and all other obligations.

What DueHaul is not

  • Not a driver qualification (DQ) file system or record vault.
  • Not a compliance system, a compliance officer, or an audit service.
  • Not legal advice, FMCSA advice, or a promise that you, your drivers, or your company meet any law or regulation.
  • Not a substitute for renewals, filings, inspections, insurance, or required records you must keep yourself.

DueHaul is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, USDOT, the IRS, the UCR Plan, any state agency, Google, or CAT Scale Company, and you file and pay directly with the agency.

Your responsibility

You remain solely responsible for licenses, filings, renewals, inspections, insurance, records, and every other obligation that applies to your trucks, drivers, or business. DueHaul only reminds you about dates you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of those dates and contacts, and for acting on reminders (or the lack of them).

No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that reminders will be timely, delivered, complete, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DueHaul and its operator are not liable for fines, out-of-service orders, lost revenue, downtime, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the fees you actually paid to DueHaul for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. That means it's at least $100, even if you're on a free trial or a demo and haven't paid anything.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
